Hotel booking's conditions:
Prices are per room, per night, include services, taxes and breakfast. Hotel bill will exclusively be settled on departure at hotel. Number of rooms is limited, reservations will be done on a 'first come, first served' basis. Rates are valid for reservations done through the secretariat before 31 March 2008 . After this date requests will be satisfied subject to availibility. Reservation is only valid if done as part of Fatipec Congress attendance. Reservation will be processed and confirmed only if guaranteed by credit card. A confirmation letter complete with hotel venue address will be sent. Cancellation of booking is possible if written notification reaches the secretariat before 5 May 2008. After this date, the night(s) will be charged. |
