Cancellation policy:

If written notification of cancellation is received by Congress secretariat before 15th May 2008, a cancellation fee of 100 euros (incl. VAT) will be applied and invoiced.

After 15th May, no cancellation is possible and the full registration fee will be invoiced.

Substitution of delegate is possible up to 30th May 2008, upon written notification and acceptance by the Congress Secretariat.
